of dryland grapes.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON-MERLOT

RED DRY WINE
> Varieties:
Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot
> Alcohol: 13,3%vol
> Best served at 16 -18ο C
> Pair it with wild game and braised meat, such as roast veal with vegetables, roasted thrush bird with red sauce and pasta. Hard yellow cheese, like parmesan.

CHARDONNAY

DRY WHITE WINE
> Variety: Chardonnay (100%)
> Alcohol: 13,2%vol
> Best served at 9 -11ο C
> Pair it with oily fish and seafood, such as artichokes with mussels and fava cream, as well as white meat, like chicken fillet with green olives and feta cheese. Soft cheeses, like camembert and brie.

ROSE

DRY ROSE WINE
> Varieties:
Roditis - Savatiano - Syrah
> Alcohol: 12,7%vol
> Best served at 10 -12ο C
> Pair it with cured meat products, fish with red sauces, roasted vegetables, seasoned white meat. Also, white cheese like kasseri.

WHITE

DRY WHITE WINE
> Varieties: Ροδίτης (40%) - Σαββατια- νό (60%)
> Alcohol: 12,5%vol
> Best served at 10 -12ο C
> Pair it with mediterranean food, such as fish and seafood, roasted meat with red sauce. White chese, feta, graviera and halumi.

SYRAH

RED DRY WINE
> Varieties: Syrah (100%)
> Alcohol: 13,2%vol
> Best served at 16 -18ο C
> Pair it with red and white meat, like roasted chicken roll-up with prunes and potatoes, braised veal with vegetables. Hard cheese like cheddar, gloucester and kefalograviera.
